Bandsaws start life with an order, the customer lets us know what length, width and TPI they want and we get to work. The bandsaw ribbon comes in reels and we pull out as much as required and cut it to size. |

The length of ribbon is then placed in our welding machine, clamped down and then welded together and annealed to make the weld super strong, the machine then blows blasts of cold air at the weld to cool it instantly. |

The blade is then placed on our arched grinding plate, its secured down and then we grind the excess weld off the join. the blade is then flipped and the same is done to the other side. |

The blade is allowed to cool and then coiled up and placed out for the customer. |
