In New  Robot  Grinder

We have invested £100,000 in the latest TCT saw grinding

machine from Vollmer, the leading grinding machine manufacture.

This machine grinds  the blades in a single operation thus guaranteeing  the perfect  tooth  geometry . This together with the oil grinding/coolant system gives quality of finish second to none .

The machine can be programmed with up to 100 blades on the stack .The robot loader then takes over loading the machine which means we can run all night & weekends .

This machine is just part of our continued  investment in new equipment to service our customers needs into the future.
