Lamello Biscuits Clamping Plate K20 Fitting aid for workpieces difficult to clamp such as screens and crown moudlings. Plastic with barbed crossribs. Available in one size: 60x24x4.5mm. Lamello Clear Plate C20 Alignment plate for joining materials. Translucent plastic in one size: 60x23x4mm. Fixo Lamello have brought yet another innovative approach to the glued joint. Fixo is a self clamping insert which pulls together and holds the timber components while the glue cures. Using the same configuration as the number 20 biscuit the insertion slot is produced with your biscuit jointer. The biscuit / insert which is made from glass fibre reinforced plastic for rigidity and durability is hammered home dry, the specially shaped barbed ridges creating the clamping action and locking the components together to form mitre, 'T', and butt joints. E20-L inserts measure 56 x 11.5 x 4mm (suitable for material in excess of 50mm wide) and E20-H measure 23 x 28 x 4mm. |
