The PK315A is the larger version of Rojek's popular selling panel dimension saw again very robustly built and really suitable for the majority of trade workshops. Capable of giving accurate cuts in a variety of materials and sheet sizes the machines will accept a 315mm saw blade without the need to remove the scoring blade so have a maximum depth of cut of just over 100mm. For sheet work the PK315A has a 3200 x 330mm Alloy sliding table, Scoring unit and large panel support frame suitable for boards 3048 x 1524mm. The saw has externally adjustable scoring blade height adjustment allowing the scoring blade to be lowered below the table when not required.
An Industrial planer thicknesser with swing away Cast Iron tables, fitted with a TERSA cutter block and rollers to the thicknessing table as standard. Giving a generous 310mm planing width and a 300 x 230mm thicknessing capacity. The three bladed Tersa cutter block gives excellent results, reduces blade-setting times and is a must in a busy workshop.

Introduced early 2007 this latest combination machine from Rojek has proved to be very popular. Combination machines are always a bit of a compromise between saving workshop space and speed of use. The unique feature of the KPS310A is the inward tilting planing tables, lifting the tables towards the centre of the machine allow the operator to move freely around when thicknessing, a simple very effective idea. Now available in two versions, Standard & Deluxe.

The spindle moulder is the same for both models and has a 30mm spindle three speeds and a maximum tooling diameter above the table of 200mm and 140mm below the table. The planer thicknesser has a 310 x 205mm capacity, the standard model has a 3 blade cutter block with resharpenable knives but the Deluxe model is fitted with a three blade double sided TERSA system for quick change & set up. The main saw on the standard model will take up to a 315mm saw blade, The Deluxe model has a main and scoring blade for ultimate cuts in laminated boards. The Standard model is available in 230V only.
The KPS310A is a solid well engineered machine with generous working capacities, crosscutting and ripping can be accurately done using the aluminium sliding table.
The standard machine has a 1100mm table with small work support but the Deluxe model is fitted with a 1600mm sliding table, large crosscutting frame and an articulated support arm. Both sliding tables can also be used for tenoning and end grain work as it runs close alongside the main blade.
