The new F 45 is a gem of modern industrial design. Its sleek external profile reflects real inner quality and a new dimension in user friendliness: the intelligent, absolutely precise electronic controls, which are now an integral part of every Altendorf. On top of that, the F 45 has a large LCD screen on which all settings are displayed.
Sliding table: 3200 mm or 1800 mm, cutting length: 3100 mm or 1650 mm.
Cutting height: 130 mm (regardless of scorer), with max. saw blade diameter 400 mm, which drops down completely below table level.
Height adjustment: motorised with linear guidance, maintenance-free
Tilt adjustment: up to 45°, motorised, positioning speed: 12 sec. from 0 to 45°
Digital tilt angle display - Cutting width: 1300 mm on the rip fence.
If you want to purchase an Altendorf, you now have even more choice. The F45 range is modular in design. This gives you an opportunity to put together your own individual equipment, and to configure the F45 100% to your working practices. The Altendorf WA80 is new: it is the rebirth of the first WA80, which came out in 1956, and is intended as an entry level machine or a second machine. F-45
Coming complete with motorised rise/fall and tilt adjustment of the saw blade, clear on-screen operator guidance and a USB interface for fast data transfer, even the basic specification of the F 45 sets the standard. The three F 45 option packages offer even more in the way of user-friendly options with features such as an eye-level control panel, VARIO drive and motorised rip fence. The new generation of Altendorf F 45: more powerful, more dynamic, more user-friendly.
The Altendorf saw unit is the engineering heart of all our saws. It is a powerhouse produced with the latest manufacturing technology. The saw shaft runs incredibly smoothly: this is because it is electronically balanced as a fully assembled unit, and extensive use is made of cast components. The high-precision vertical movement of the unit is linear with maintenance-free guide bearings. The robust tilt quadrants incorporate the traditional Altendorf tongue and groove connection system, which allows the whole unit to tilt easily and precisely to exactly the correct angle.
Altendorf F45 or Altendorf WA80?
Sliding table: The Altendorf double roller carriage is renowned for its precision and ease of movement. Thanks to its hollow multi-chamber design, the entire sliding table provides maximum rigidity and torsion resistance. The low-maintenance guidance system guarantees optimum guiding and cutting accuracy with all table lengths.
What to do when one has little space, plus a limited budget, but quality must still be maintained? When these requirements must be met by a sliding table saw, Altendorf's answer is: an Altendorf WA 6. The WA 6 is the smallest Altendorf there is. But in spite of its smaller dimensions, its considerable abilities are impressive: with its powerful range of equipment, it stands out even in the smallest space. Outstanding for its cut quality and its flexibility in everyday use. And just as outstanding is the price. So what else is there to be concerned about?
WA-6
Now available, the Altendorf WA 80x Limited Edition is a package deal offering an exclusive
combination of high specification features. The rip fence is motorised and controlled with 1/10 mm accuracy from the eye-level control panel. The crosscut-mitre fence offers mitre cuts with integrated length compensation, so the stops work accurately at any angle. But the most extremely exciting feature is the price.

F-45 ELMO
The new F 45 ELMO has been fundamentally redesigned. The result is a high-tech
modular system, which handles even the most challenging technical requirements of
the saw user. The low-reflection 12” colour LCD display with touch screen
functionality is new. This display method makes for straightforward operation through
a self-explanatory, graphics-oriented approach to control. The display shows 90% of
the applications, thus cutting down on time spent navigating. The USB port for data
exchange and backup is also new. A further innovation is the crosscut-mitre fence on
the F 45 ELMO IV, which can be adjusted to any angle between 0 and 47° and has
integral length compensation.
There are two versions of the F 45 ELMO with either three or four motorised
axes (F 45 ELMO III and F 45 ELMO IV respectively). Each of these machines can be
equipped with optional extras to meet your own individual requirements.
